A round of applause to the K.I.D.S. club (Klub Interact Deutsche Schule) for receiving the Rotary Youth’s District Award.
They were rewarded for their top projects in benefitting the community: The Sanitary Drive, the Christmas Party hampers and canned food drives for different homes as well as the sleep over for leadership and of course, the Blood Drive which was very popular as it received a vote from every panel member.
We are so proud of you, keep up the inspiring work!
The way the students continually contributed towards their community and did their own fund raising without reverting back to their sponsor club was what made them stand out, a representative of Rotary Youth reported.
The K.I.D.S. club is looking for more members, please contact Carl Pilkington if you’re interested. The club also organises the school’s regular and successful blood donation drives.
