Gisela Lange Music Centre (GLMZ)

The GLMZ consists of 7 well-equipped classrooms which our learners use to explore and learn music- both practical and theory.
After school, the GLMZ offers learners and parents from the DSK, as well as people outside the school community, the opportunity to book private tuition.

The allocation of lessons will be on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Families will be given consideration to stay with one teacher if requested.

Lessons
Lessons are 30 minutes long, unless arranged otherwise. Group classes cannot accommodate more than 4 learners at a time.

Monday – Friday from 12:30h

Fees
The fee per lesson will be negotiated between each teacher and parent individually. The GLMZ recommends a fee of R180 for a 30-minute lesson (cost is subject to change annually). Learners are encouraged to take advantage of the option of 2 half-hour sessions a week.
